In March 2023 the MEED project team visited various project partners such as Akhuwat Foundation and the National Incubation Centre and held constructive meetings in Lahore and Islamabad. They also visited the local office of the funding organisation of the project, DAAD, in Islamabad.
Akhukwat Foundation: GIFT University Rector Dr. Shahid Qureshi along with Prof. Jan Kratzer (TU Berlin) and other team members visited Akhuwat Foundation and Akhuwat Cloth Bank.
National Incubation Center Islamabad: GIFT University Rector Dr. Shahid Qureshi, along with Prof. Jan Kratzer from TU Berlin’s Center for Entrepreneurship and other team members visited the National Incubation Center (NIC) in Islamabad and met with Pervaiz Abbasi, the Project Director of NIC.
German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD): Dr. Shahid Qureshi and TU Berlin Project team met with Yasmin Paracha (Director of DAAD Pakistan) at the DAAD Head Office in Islamabad.
